About FBCS

It all started as a simple fun game for Filipino bowling enthusiasts here in Singapore way back in 1995. There was quite a number of Filipinos who regularly played bowling then. Being near the heart of Orchard Road, the Orchard Bowl, which used to be where the present Cineleisure is, provided a good alternative for Filipinos who would have otherwise spent so much time in and around Lucky Plaza. It was in this place where a group of Filipino Bowlers came up with the idea of organizing bowling activities for Filipino expatriates.
This group became the Filipino Bowlers Club (Singapore) or FBCS as it is popularly known. It was started by Danny Casio, Paeng Villanueva, Roger Dayag and Jess Toldoya. A few more people joined to support the creation of the club until finally, the FBCS was officially recognized and registered by the Registry of Societies here in Singapore.
